AQUA-ZYME PLUS is a composition of 8 different types of bacteria and enzymes, various biologically important trace minerals, amino acids, electrolytic agents and potassium chloride, all combined in a glucose base.  It is a composite formulation of all naturally occurring ingredients.  It is very synergistic in "personality" when ready for use.  That synergism describes the combined action of agents and ingredients that are all cooperative toward each other. Those  agents and ingredients mixed together show a response of increased effectiveness. 

Formulated by jim Petty in 1966, out of dire necessity.  He was trying to keep shipped in 250-350 weight calves alove long enough to overcome a tough cattle market. He found the need to stimulate stomach activity immediately as the calves were received.  Dehydration was a problem; stress was compounded during the weaning and shipping process by many factors, immune response was severely suppressed on the "shipped in" cattle. The product was born in the ranch house kitchen, and today's AQUA-ZYME PLUS is the result of many years of that experience. Wisdom shared by beef and dairy men and women through the years has been vitally important in the formulation and application of AQUA-ZYME PLUS.  We are grateful for all of those people. 

The bovine digestive system is intricate and efficient.  However, efficiency depends on viable fulvic microbial activity in the rumen of the animal.  Every day stresses of weather and feed source variation play a vital part in rumen efficiency, or the lack of it. Continuous supplementation of AQUA-ZYME PLUS at varied rates of application has proven economic benefit to the dairy and beef producer. Application rates run from 16 to 300 head says per pound of AQUA-ZYME PLUS depending on stress factors. The product is great for "jump starting" the stomach of newborns or just received stocker calves.  Feeder cattle digest rations at optimal efficiency when fed AQUZ-ZYME PLUS at 80 to 160 head-days per pound.  Dairy Cows in close-up pens, and milking strings are fed at 50 dead-days per pound.  Close observation and record keeping will confirm the economic benefits of this product.  Always work closely with your supplier to ensure proper rates of application for the best economic and health benefit of your livestock. 

SZ-100 is a product designed to preserve all typed of forage dry matter.  Whether is is being harvested as silage, or hay cured in the field, SZ-100 is the answer to the problem of dry matter degradation that constantly plagues livestock-feeders. This problem is much more extensive than we sometimes realize; fungi and protozoan damage to curing hay is significant, and most often unrecognized until a serious feed problem draws our attention.  Rainfall on hay causes serious dry matter reductions, along with mold and fungal toxicities that are detrimental to livestock rumination and/or causes stomach problems in horses. SZ-100 applied at cutting will minimize these problems. Significant improvement in palatability and relative feed values accompany correct application of SZ-100 to hay and silage type forages.  Forage analysis over the last 15 years has proven this to be true; improvements in livestock rate of gain, cost per pound of grain and feed conversion follow improved forage quality using SZ-100 in your feed program. Herd health improvement is mandatory for optimum profitability in any feeding operation, so why not use an excellent forage preservative to help attain that health level desired. 

Cost per ton of forage treated is easily offset in most cases by the increase in dry matter tonnage.  Nutrient density improvement makes the time and expense of SZ-100 use a wise management decision. Typical application is 1 pound of SZ-100 per 100 tons of forage in 25-50 gallons of water, depending on the desired coverage rate. Apply the solution at 1-2 quarts per ton of forage treated, with higher application to those crops that are heavy and better coverage is desire.  The mixed product easily goes into solution with no problems in spraying through nozzles or small spray gun applicators, so you only need to mix what you will need in any 24 hour time.  The compilation of bacteria and enzymes in SZ-100 has proven very effective in preventing fungal and mold degradation of a period of many years of testing and experimentation.  This product is very cost effective!
